For a chain it's not bad, while it's not our first choice for date night and true Italian. The food and service are decent. My kid loves it and it's a good choice for a family dinner with a group.

Recommend going with a group of friends. With enough people, you can order a variety. Their portions are huge and meant to be shared (including the Tiramisu in a giant bowl!). Food quality was okay, nothing too memorable.
