Know Before You Go : This is largely "American" sushi - meaning, many of the rolls are cooked, or contain cream cheese or tempura, or both. This is a place to have a drink and some fun with sushi; if you're obsessed with what the purest, most authentic sushi experience might be, this isn't it.
The Extras : Many gooey deserts lurk here, including a Tower of Chocolate, Banana Spring Roll a La Mode, and deep-fried ice cream.
What to Drink : A heavy emphasis on drinks from stiff to vintage is hard to ignore; the lengthy, creative martini list, bar-within-a-bar setting, and the vast wine racks that seem to float on the walls beckon one round after another.
